Shipping/Installation and Setup
Once payment has been made successfully, the seller will grant the customer access to the service within a maximum period of 24 hours, informing by email about the username and access password. The shipment of software (if necessary), would be carried out within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Order Cancellation
Once the purchase has been made, you will have 30 days to cancel the order or, if applicable, our service provision contract, unilaterally and without having to give any explanation. The Customer must notify THE PROVIDER with a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance of their intention to unsubscribe without the need to offer any type of explanation or compensation. Unilateral cancellation must be communicated through the following means and proving their identity: in writing to the following address Galaxy Software SLU, Avda. Manuel Fraga, No. 15, 29620 Torremolinos (Málaga).
Return and Refund
Once the service provision contract has been formalized and payment made, you will have a period of 30 days during which you may request the return and/or refund of all amounts paid. The Provider will make the payment using the same method used by the Customer.
Contractual Modifications
THE PROVIDER may make modifications to this contract by notifying the Customer with a minimum of one (1) month before it comes into effect. In the event that the Customer does not accept the new conditions and notifies THE PROVIDER accordingly, they may terminate the contract early and without any penalty. If, after the period of one (1) month from notification by THE PROVIDER, the Customer has not expressly manifested their disagreement, or the Customer uses the Service after the announced modification comes into effect, they will be understood to accept the proposed modifications.
Service Rates
The services provided by THE PROVIDER will be subject to the rates published at https://www.carplus365.com/planes-de-precios/ as well as in the individual service provision contract of each customer. The rates in force at the time of signing the contract are those stated in Annex I of the customer contract relating to rates and commissions. THE PROVIDER reserves the right to modify these rates, after individual communication to customers with a minimum of 30 days in advance.
Customer Service
A Customer Service Department is available to the Customer to which the Customer may direct information requests, complaints, claims or any incident related to the provision of the Service. This service will be active 8×5 (eight hours/day, 8:00-17:00, 5 days/week, Monday-Friday except national holidays). The Customer can contact THE PROVIDER through the following means: telephone call (952 05 70 72), email (info@cargestion.com) or through the ticket support system which can be accessed from the user area within the Carplus software or through the following link http://www.cargestion.com/soporte/
Buyer Protection Security
Payments for purchases at Carplus365 are made through ING Direct Spain and Banca March. Therefore, the buyer will enjoy at all times the protection of these channels from well-recognized institutions.
Card Payment:
We use a secure payment gateway. Secure payment gateway associated with the banking entity ING Direct Spain. By making payment through ING Direct Spain and Banca March you get a fast and secure way to make your purchase. The order is formalized 24 hours after payment through this method.
Privacy and Data Protection
